Since 1977, Carl Disotell and his staff have been providing quality luxury home construction and property development, from Guam to Alaska, and from the British Virgin Islands to Hawaii. Carl Disotell actively designs, engineers, and builds homes worldwide; with more than 530 homes and unique condominium development projects to his credit, Carl has rooted his business in individual one-on-one builds. Each home built by Carl Disotell´s custom home team is designed for the budget and lifestyle of each client, taking into consideration uniqueness in the overall development plan.
Carl's background knowledge is extensive. His father was a builder and mentored his son from the earliest age. He taught Carl the importance of attention to detail, craftsmanship, and forethought of design. Carl´s previous careers in military aviation, psychology, teaching engineering, and working with the hearing impaired, although rewarding, could not provide him with the same sense of satisfaction and pure enjoyment that following in his father´s footsteps has!
